This hillside villa has dramatic ocean views and enjoys spectacular sunsets. Surrounded by lush, tropical gardens, this house features a natural ventilation system and large windows. The interior is accented with antique colonial furnishings. The airy living room has comfortable white sofas and opens to the deck and pool. A breakfast bar with seating for 3 guests separates the well-equipped kitchen with ocean view from the open living and dining room.

The master bedroom is elegant with a king-size bed or twin beds, en suite bathroom with double sink and shower, and huge picture windows. The bedroom opens to a terrace with access to the pool. The second bedroom with king-size bed or twin beds is located off the living room. The third bedroom is located upstairs with a king-size bed, en suite bathroom, office, and small sitting room with an ocean view. All of the bedrooms are air-conditioned.

The L-shaped pool, which is heated in winter, is located just off the living room. Loungers surround the pool, making this a perfect spot for sunbathing. The house also has WiFi and high-speed Internet, a gas grill, a fax machine, and satellite TV. A 2-week minimum stay is required during holidays. Villa La Maison comes with house cleaning services six days a week, except on holidays. During the December holidays, the villa rents at the full occupancy rate regardless of how many bedrooms are used. This villa allows children if they are able to swim.
