Villa Aya is a modern two-bedroom villa located in St. Jean within a short walk of the beach and minutes from shopping.
Overview
Tucked away in the hills behind a stadium, this villa enjoys views of the ocean and countryside. The open-plan great room comprises of a living room, dining area, and well-equipped kitchen. The fully air-conditioned great room opens to the pool terrace, but can be closed off. The indoor dining area seats up to five guests, while a second dining area underneath a gazebo next to the pool accommodates up to eight guests.
The bedrooms are situated on either side of the living area. Each bedroom has a king sized bed (European king 180 x 200 m), en-suite bathroom with shower, and U.S. satellite TV.
Flat lounge beds surround the heated pool, which faces the view. The house, which is wheelchair accessible, also has beach chairs, a gas grill, Bose sound system in the living room, U.S. satellite TV, and French Orange Internet TV.
During the Thanksgiving and December holidays, the villa rents at full occupancy rates regardless of how many bedrooms are used.
