As a part of the island’s unique environment, guests may occasionally spot iguanas or even monkeys in the area, these wonderful creatures are present throughout the island, including in its most exclusive neighborhoods. Please note that iguanas are known to frequent areas near water, including pools, and their presence may sometimes result in droppings nearby. This is a common, island-wide occurrence. While we do everything possible to prevent this, occasional visits from local wildlife are part of the natural charm of the area and may sometimes be unavoidable.
