Overview

The long, palm-lined drive brings you to a large private courtyard and garden. Beyond the front door is a stunning house and one of the most dazzling oceans views on island. Panoramic vistas flow from every room and terrace. The colors are magical. An expansive stretch of sapphire sea is framed by the villa's gardens and the rich blue sky. The large, contoured pool edges overlap the lawn adding crystal blue tones to the scene.

The house is open, airy and spacious; a perfect villa for an extended family, weddings or company retreat. It has everything you need to enjoy the day from dawn until dusk. The overall decor is sleek, elegant and contemporary but never boring. The large interior living room, perfect for conversation or entertainment, tastefully mixes natural elements and rich tones; dark wood and teak, wicker, cream and pops of color. Pocket doors disappear into the walls enhancing the view. Although sea views and breezes abound, the great room is fully air-conditioned.

The interior dining room sits adjacent to the unique kitchen area. Divided into two rooms, half the space is devoted to a gorgeous chef's kitchen with flat screen TV. The other half is a fabulous gathering space with bar and seating. A cozy al fresco dining area sits in the courtyard just off the bar. Deep covered terraces and open sundecks surround the house, the main pool and lap pool. Comfortable lounges and dining spaces abound.

The four equal size bedrooms are spacious and comfortable. Two sit on each end of the villa.

Villa Ambiance is designed to be inclusive and accessible, making it a welcoming retreat for guests with mobility challenges. The villa features a completely flat convenient path to the pool area, ensuring a smooth transition throughout the outdoor spaces. Additionally, some bedrooms are fully handicap-friendly, thoughtfully designed with accessibility in mind to provide comfort and ease of movement. Whether you're enjoying the villa's luxurious amenities or relaxing by the pool, Villa Ambiance offers a seamless and accommodating experience for all guests.

Beginning December 1st through April 15th, a heated pool is now included. A fully equipped fitness center has also been added for enhanced wellness.

The Lowlands are the location of some spectacular beaches: Baie Longue and Baie aux Prunes (Long Beach and Plum Beach) are secluded, have public parking, but no services. Neither beach is ever crowded. Baie Rouge is set amongst some dramatic red cliffs. The elegant homes in Terres Basses are sitting on generous lots, most of them with gorgeous views of either the Lagoon or the ocean, or both. Many villas can be rented on a weekly basis as the ultimate vacation-get-a-way. By car its about 10 minutes away from Marigot, and 15 minutes away from the Airport.

From zip lining and natural pools at Loterie Farm to surfing and horseback riding on the beach, the team ensures that guests have access to a wide range of activities and services tailored to their preferences. With the option to have a private chef prepare meals at their villa and receive recommendations for dinner, massages, excursions, boat trips, and more, guests can easily customize their itinerary to suit their needs.
