Wondering where everyone else is spending their precious vacation time? In the Caribbean, of course! Below, find out what makes these sought-after escapes so irresistible. Which island will you visit next?
One Island, Two Destinations
St. Martin is uniquely governed by two countries: The island’s northern collectivity, St. Martin, is governed by France, while its southern territory, St. Maarten, is governed by the Netherlands. Each side offers a different atmosphere, allowing you the opportunity to experience two destinations in one. The chic French side offers fashionable boutiques and gourmet cuisine (the town of Grand Case in considered “the Gourmet Capital of the Caribbean”), while the more casual Dutch side boasts fantastic nightlife.
Green & Pristine
St. John is the smallest and greenest of the U.S. Virgin Islands. The lush Virgin Islands National Park takes up approximately 60% of the island, making St. John one of the most pristine, unspoiled islands in the Caribbean. The Virgin Islands National Park contains a staggering array of ecosystems, including forests, ponds, coral reefs, and mangroves, and the white-sand beaches and crystal-clear water are as good as it gets.
Something for Everyone
With its legendary pink-tinged sand, unique cuisine, and fun-loving atmosphere, Barbados is the ideal island for a getaway that’s both relaxing and adventurous. There’s something for every traveler: active types can surf, snorkel, or kite surf; golfers can tee off on heavenly courses; kids can spot monkeys and peacocks in the wildlife reserve; and night owls can enjoy the world-famous rum at St. Lawrence Gap, the center of Bajan nightlife. Most of our villas in Barbados also come with a full staff – chef, butler, housekeeper and laundress – at no extra charge.
All Ages & Occasions
One of the most universally beloved islands, Jamaica is a go-to destination for every occasion: weddings, honeymoons, family reunions. While many venture to Jamaica to relax on the breathtaking beaches, there is also a huge variety of activities to keep travelers busy, from hiking the world-famous Dunn’s River Falls to snorkeling or scuba diving among the colorful coral reefs. Like our villas in Barbados, most of our villas in Jamaica come with a full staff included.
Turks & Caicos
The World’s Best Beaches
Only a little over an hour from Miami, Turks and Caicos consists of over 40 islands, only eight of which are inhabited. Of the eight inhabited islands, the most popular vacation spots are Grand Turk, the capital, and Providenciales (also known as Provo), home to Grace Bay Beach, which is consistently voted the best beach in the world. The breathtaking beaches are the islands’ prime attractions, as well as beach-centric activities: snorkeling, whale-watching, and horseback riding along the shore.
